We ordered the V3 direct fit oil catch can kit. We assumed that it would come with 2 catch cans, because every picture on the site for the product shows 2.catch cans. Tried to verify that it comes with 2, but found nothing on the description saying that the kit only comes with 1 catch can. After receiving the first catch can, we ordered a second one for the opposite side. Ordered the same V3 direct fit kit for the second time. When we received the second one, the black color ring that comes with the can wasn't included. There was only one hose. The first kit had 2. After contacting customer service, I was told that the kit only comes with 1 hose and you have to cut it yourself. I guess they screwed up with the first one and cut the hose for us. Next, I brought up the black color ring that was supposed to come with the kit. It took several emails for them to figure out which part was missing, but finally it was ordered and sent for free. We also assumed that being a direct fit kit, that it would contain hose adapters, but it didn't. Not sure how the second ordered kit got so screwed up, but we did.finally get them installed.

For customers looking to protect both the PCV and CCV systems, two kits are required, which is why you placed a second order. Our complete dual-can systems are always identified as PCV + CCV in the product title or description.
Regarding the second order, the missing black accent ring should have been included with the aluminum catch can, and we apologize for that oversight. We're glad our support team was able to send the replacement ring to you at no charge.
For the hose, the kit is designed to include one continuous length of hose that is cut to the required lengths during installation. Since routing can vary between vehicles and between the PCV and CCV sides, providing a single longer hose gives installers the flexibility to achieve the best fit.

When we ordered the V3 catch can kit, we assumed that since it was a kit that it would contain 2 catch cans. It doesn't say anything on your site about how many catch cans are in it. Apparently the kit only has 1 catch can and the first kit we ordered and received had the black color ring that comes with it as well as 2 separate hoses and extras that we paid for. We had to order a second catch can for the opposite side. I ordered the exact same V3 kit for the second time and received it without the black color ring that was supposed to be included with it, and rather than two separate hoses like we got with the first catch can, the second one only came with 1 long hose, not 2. I sent a message to customer service to make them aware that the first and second kits were not the same. I believe that the first one came with the correct parts. I was told that the kits.only.come with one long hose and that you have to cut it in half yourself. When I asked about the black ring that comes with the can, and after several emails, they finally figured out what black color ring that I was talking about and sent the black ring. If there is only supposed to be one hose, they must have screwed up and cut the hose in half for us.
