Upgrade your Kia Stinger (2018–2023) with the ADD W1 Direct Bolt-On Blow Off Valve Kit, engineered to improve turbo performance, throttle response, and deliver an aggressive blow-off sound.

This direct bolt-on kit replaces the factory OEM diverter valve system and installs with no cutting, welding, or modifications required — perfect for maintaining factory specifications while upgrading performance.

The ADD W1 BOV is CNC-machined from high-quality aluminum for durability and precision. It is designed to work with both stock and tuned engines, making it ideal for daily driving or high-performance builds.

Performance Function:

When running higher boost levels, pressure builds up in the intake system. The blow off valve releases excess compressed air when the throttle is closed, preventing compressor surge and protecting turbo components from damage.

Blow Off Valve vs. Blow Off Valve Pro

The main difference between the Blow off Valve Stander and the Blow off Valve Pro is that the Stander is designed for use with a smaller engine, while the Pro is designed for use with a larger engine.

The standard is the more Affordable of the two. The pro is more durable to handle higher boost and an aftermarket tuned engine with more powerful sound, better response even at a low boost.

Blow Off valve Pro will provide a powerful response even at low boost situations and produce a much more powerful sound than a Stander blow off valve.

Blow Off Valve Stander and Blow Off Valve Pro are both high-quality aluminum die-cast bodies with Blow Off valves that use CNC machining to optimize clearance and bring responsiveness.

Installation was fairly straightforward, although the snap rings took a bit of time. I’m running the BOVs with Stillen intakes. The BOV sound is noticeable but somewhat quieter than some of the videos I viewed. The set screws are set as recommended 2-3 threads showing (soft - no leaks)
