Protect your 2.8L Duramax turbo-diesel engine with the ADD W1 Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit V3. This direct-fit closed-loop system is installed inline with the factory PCV system to help separate oil vapor, moisture, and blow-by contaminants before they can enter the intake system.
The vehicle-specific kit includes a custom mounting bracket, fittings, hardware, and pre-cut high-performance vacuum hose for a clean, secure installation. The catch can is constructed from lightweight 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and features ADD W1’s patented design and serviceable Triple Twister Chamber filtration system.

Why Choose ADD W1
The factory PCV system can route oil vapor, moisture, and blow-by contaminants back into the intake tract. Over time, these contaminants may contribute to residue buildup inside the intake system.
The ADD W1 V3 Oil Catch Can is engineered to intercept these contaminants before they re-enter the engine. Its Triple Twister Chamber slows and redirects the incoming vapor through a multi-stage baffling system, helping oil and moisture condense and collect at the bottom of the can.
Unlike systems that return collected contaminants to the oil pan, the ADD W1 catch can keeps the captured oil, moisture, and blow-by residue contained until the can is drained and serviced.
